Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is offered free of charge within Canada on all orders with no minimum. We believe in simplicity and want every customer to shop an all-inclusive price.

Surcharges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional. These surcharges are calculated and displayed at checkout before they pay.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is offered for an additional charge at checkout. This is our fastest delivery option and we don't offer faster alternative.

Delivery Time

Delivery time can vary by shipment depending on order content and delivery address.

The estimated delivery dates are given for each shipment at the checkout before you place your order.

The dates are estimated only. They are based on shipments originating address and your delivery address.

The estimations are based on our shipping partners provided information and represent normal transit time without carrier network exceptions or delays. Transit Auto is not responsible for any delay once the order has left our distribution center.

While we can't control carrier delays due to weather or network exceptions, our team is here to help. If your order is significantly past its estimated arrival date, please reach out to our specialist team and we will advocate with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the closest distribution center to your delivery address that holds inventory. The attribution is done automatically by our system and cannot be overridden.

All orders placed before 3PM EST originating from our Quebec Distribution Center will be dispatched the same day.

All orders placed before 3PM MST originating from our Calgary Distribution Center will be dispatched the same day.

Order tracking

Once you complete your purchase, you can find all the information about your order in your account, including the expected delivery date and tracking number when available.

You can also use our tracking page to find more detailed information about your delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to leave our distribution center. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated on the carrier website to follow your order.

Order cancellation

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our automated system begins processing your order the moment it is placed. As a result, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are submitted.

If you've made an error, please wait for the delivery and refer to our Returns Policy to initiate a return.

Shipping partner

We have partnered with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, GLS Canada and Canada Post to deliver our orders to your door.

Our system selects the best carrier to deliver your order depending on multiple factors like delivery time, number of boxes, total weight, and on-time success rate for the area.

Multi-shipment orders originating from multiple locations might ship with different carriers.

Shipping to remote location

Shipping to remote locations in Canada might incur a fee. This fee will be displayed at checkout before you place the order.

US & International Shipping
